It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raymond B. Rainey (Thurman, Ohio), born in Gallipolis Ferry, West Virginia, who passed away on August 8, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Rainey and Margaret Yester Rainey; his wife Alice "Sug" Rainey; and his son Steven Rainey. He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Kelley of Rio; his grandchildren, David Rainey (Donna) of Wooster, Ohio, Amanda Rainey, Steven Rainey and Cody Rainey; and his siblings, Freda Mount of Gallipolis and Tom Rainey of Milton. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
