She was predeceased by: her son Marshall Thorpe; her father Robert Watts; her stepfather Gabriele (Specht); and her siblings, Tony Watts, Herbert Lee Watts and Michelle Tompkins.
She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey E. Butler; her daughter Nicky Frye (Matt) of Newark; her stepsons, Toby Butler (Elizabeth) of Newark and Jerry Butler of Newark; her grandchildren, Carlee, Ellie, Abbie, Hadley and Olivia; and her siblings, George Measley-Collins (Jeff) of Florida and Sherry Brantley of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service - Thornville (56 S Main St, Thornville, OH 43076). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at the Lutheran Reformed Cemetery.
