She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Spencer and Georgia Napper (Huff); and her siblings, Frank Spencer, Jeff Spencer and Ima Jean Ashley.
She is survived by: her husband John G. Stamper; her children, Danny Stamper, Sherrie Simmons (Scott) and Brian Stamper (Brie); her grandchildren, Alex Stamper, Samuel Simmons, John Stamper, Avary King, Mallorie Stamper and Conley King; her great grandchild Skyler Stamper; and her sisters, Lisa Rostan and Veda Stamper.
In lieu of flowers she would have loved donations be made to the Licking County Animal Shelter.
