She is survived by: her daughter Lori Mulkey (Larry); her sister Betty "Joan" Gothard; her brother-in-law William Chafins; her grandchildren, Kevin, J. D. and Bethany (T. J.); and also Gerry Mattis. She is also survived by seven step-children; and many step-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
