She was predeceased by: her parents, Sewell Franklin Humphrey, Sr. and Tollie Dorothy Humphrey (Pettiebone); and her siblings, Sewell Franklin Humphrey Jr., David Arthur Humphrey, Paul Michael Humphrey, Mark Anthony Humphrey, Vickie Ann Culver, Janet Lee Sargent and Mary Jane Maharg.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Joe Uffner; and her siblings, Samual Humphrey, Larry Embrey, Carol Kieber and Kathi Brooks. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.
