He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Hale Sr. and Deloris May Hale (Davis); his wife Betty Darlene Hale (Anderson); and his sisters, Brenda Deloris Bonkowski and Tracy Lynn Hale.
He is survived by: his children, Margaret Nutter and Dean E. Carson (Kelle Brotherton Carson); his siblings, Mary Ann Shell (Steve Thomas), Charles D. Hale Sr. (Jeannette), Cindy May Hale (Larry Hall), Janet Sue Freeman and Troy Lee Hale; his grandchildren, Marisa Carson and Kari Powers; and his great grandchildren, Hunter and John. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
