He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius Turner and Flora Belle Turner (Maurer); his son Richard Turner; his brother Don Turner; and his brother-in-law Wayne Riley.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Turner (Galloway); his daughter Rachelle Fox (Shawn); his stepson Chad Bliss; his sister Marilyn Riley; his grandchildren, Ian, Brennan, Millie, Ainsley, Tomiah, Tasha and Shaun; his former wife Gloria Dressel; and his nieces and nephews, Christy, Tammy, Jimmy, Kathy, Mark, Cheryl and Dale. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service - Kirkersville (285 E Main St, Kirkersville, OH 43033). A prayer was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
