Rachel F. Powell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel F. Powell of Thornville, Ohio, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 1, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Newton Frank; and her husband William Samuel Powell. She is survived by: her children, Diana Barnett (Michael), Jean Duke (James), Lind Lopez (Russ), David Powell (Sussannah), Nora Putt, Sara Jo Welch (Arun), Donna Leigh Winkler (Tim) and Walter Powell (Siobhan); and her sister Mary Rosenthal. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Rachel to the Licking County Humane Society.
