He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Elroy Culver, Sr. and Nalda Culver; and his sisters, Mary and Sharon. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his son Chad (Holly); his friend Tomcats; his daughter Erica (JT); his brother Kevin; his children, Paul III (Brandy), Kevin (Kelly) and Kyle (Grace); his grandchildren, Elleigh, Paul IV (Pete), Cade, Mia, Lily, Isla, Kai, Kam, Everleigh, Colt, Caroline, Katherine, Ivy and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Lynn, Bizzy and Tom. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to The Legacy of the General scholarship fund at the Commodore Bank in Somerset, Ohio.
