He is survived by: his children, Carol Dondrea, Garry Ickes (Judi), Jerry Ickes (Rosie) and Linda Simmons (Otis). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, half-brothers, half-sister, nieces, nephews and friends.
