She was predeceased by: her parents, John Huston and Lora Forsythe (Winegardner); her husband William Earle Bashore; her sons, Adam and Kristopher Bashore; and her siblings, Paul, Robert, Dale Forsythe and Janet Forsythe.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Bashore of Heath; her daughter-in-law Misty Bashore of Thornville; her grandchildren, Matthew Bashore (Allison), Travis Bashore (Kristin), Andrea Bashore, Jarrod Bashore (Kylie) and Austin Bashore; and her brother Wayne Forsythe (Janice). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
