He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomas McCullough and Dellie Stachie McCullough Hart (Mosser); his former wife Dale Elizabeth McCullough (Kohler); his stepdaughter Antionette Dale Gerbic; and his brothers, Loman Thomas McCullough and Cecil Kenneth McCullough.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Linn Simmons Riggleman (Carder); his stepchildren, Mary Margaret Miller (Roy) of New Philadelphia, Jessie Martin Martin (White) of Millersburg, Mildred Jane Harmon (White) of Alaska, John Howard White (Vicki) of Hanoverton and Clarence Wilson "Woody" White (Deb) of Millersburg; and his brothers, Robert William McCullough (Elsie) of Parkersburg and Archie Russell McCullough (Della) of Thornville. He is also survived by 11 step-grandchildren, 23 step-great-grandchildren.
