He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Latham and Lily Latham (Conaway); his wife Joy; and his siblings, Fleta Bustle, Ilene Stanfield, Ronald and Harry Latham.
He is survived by: his children, Paul (Edna), Mark, James Latham (Kristan) and Linda Jones (Edward); and his sister Velvie Neal. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
