He is survived by: his wife Sue Penuel-Jenkins; his children, Tony Penuel (Cori), Ocala Jenkins, Joshua Jenkins (Tammy), Tonya Evans (Chad) of Illinois, Ocala Thome of Illinois and Danielle Thome (Ted) of Illinois; his siblings, Margay Smith (Ralph), Larry Jenkins Jenkis (Linda) of Ocala and Tom Jenkins of Thornville, OH; his grandchildren, Brittany, Emily, Julia, Nate, Ava and Clara; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Colby and Daniella.
