He was predeceased by: his stepfather Emmanuel "Mike" Perry; his grandparents, Charles and Bessie Hollis (Smith); and his uncle Ralph Hollis. He is survived by: his children, Cierra and Gydan; his wife Melissa Carpenter (Cable) of Thornville; his parents-in-law, Dennis and Mary Cable of Hebron; his brother Rusty; his sister-in-law Jessie Carpenter; his nieces and nephews, Maddie, Aiden, Pixie, Harleigh and Aira-L of Uhrichsville, OH; his siblings-in-law, Angela and Darren Patton; his children, Ashley Patton, Matthew Patton, Anna Tschudy and Elliava Tschudy of Newark, OH; his aunt Betty Bartimus of New Philadelphia; his cousins, Nicole, Jay Bartholow of Stonecreek, OH and Felicia Bartimus; and also, Kailee and Josalin of New Philadelphia, OH. He is also survived by three step-sisters and one step-brother.
