With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur Earl Wilson of Thornville, Ohio, who passed away on March 1, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Wilson and Edna Wilson (Leckrone); his siblings, Helen Griffith and Walter Wilson; and his son-in-law John Briggs.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Wilson (Goldsberry); his children, Diane Briggs, Wayne Wilson (Diana) and Ed Wilson (Corrine); his grandchildren, Carry Briggs, Craig Briggs (Ashley), Ryan Wilson, Kenny Wilson (Lacy), Ryley Stewart and Mika Toney; and his great grandchildren, Kira, Rhiannon, Carter, Cason, Madilynn Briggs, Kenny Wilson, Alina and Hayden Stewart.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bope-Thomas Funeral Home (203 S Columbus St, Somerset, OH 43783). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
