It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria Ellis of Thompson, Ohio, born in Painesville, Ohio, who passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse Derus and Ann Derus (Olewick); and her brother Dennis Derus. She is survived by: her sons, John Ellis (Bethany) and Nick Ellis (Serena Luther); her grandchildren, Douglas Ellis and Courtney Haycox; her great grandchild Henry Haycox; and her siblings, Lee Toth (Tom), Ellen Cantor (Abe), Kathleen Berman (Lou), Mark Derus (Toni), Alphonse Christopher Derus (Sue) and Mike Derus (Rose).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made in Victoria's name to your local animal shelter.
