She was predeceased by: her parents, Iva Grace (Behm) and Lewis Chaffe; her husband William "Bill" Starkey; her siblings, Muriel A. Moseley of Thompson, Iva June Olds of Madison, Stuart Chaffe of Cedarville Ohio and Richard B. Chaffe of Painesville; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Moseley and Alberta Chaffe.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Schwarz of Painesville, Karen Ogle (Ted) of Madison, William R. Starkey (Roberta) of Independence and Michael R. Starkey (Cheri Davies) of Mentor; her grandchildren, Andrea Bush (Todd), Erik Siska (Michelle), Michelle Richmond (Jay), Michael Starkey II (Monica Byram), Sarah Bott (Matt), Rebecca Bratton (Jason), Ashley Warmington (Brian Sferra) and Kelley Herman (Timmy); and her sister-in-law Eleanor Chaffe. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Thompson United Methodist Church or the Hospice of the Western Reserve in Norma's name.
