He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Blair (Collins); his daughters, Dianna Calderone (Philip) and April Blair (Jim); his siblings, Roy Blair, Gary Blair (Nancy) and Judy Beard of Kentucky; and his great-nieces, Iris, Cordelia and Scarlet.
