She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Pierce and Carolyn Pierce; her brothers, Jeffery and Timothy Pierce; and her grandson Travis James Gelhausen.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeffery Lynn (Christina) and Michael Gelhausen; and her sister Rebecca Fox (Herbert). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
