He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Curtis and Hazel Curtis; and his siblings, Wayne Curtis and Shannon Cassell. He is survived by: his wife Gail Vitolan; his children, Christopher (Katie) and Jennifer Curtis; and his grandchildren, Grace, Jeff and Jackson.
