With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma Pohly of Tallmadge, Ohio, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on June 17, 2020 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wilma Pohly to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Metz and James Metz (Jim); her husband Lyle F. Pohly; her siblings, Jack, Bob, Jim Metz and Eileen Roberts; and her grandchildren, Bobby and Chrissy Corley.
She is survived by: her children, Lyle Pohly (Terri) of Tallmadge, OH, Sue Salsburg (Ted) of Navarre, OH, Daniel Pohly (Kathy) of Hartville, OH and Beth Ewing (Duane) of Memphis, TN; her grandchildren, Cortney Pohly (Patrick Rinaldi), Shannon Salsburg (Michelle), Jamie Salsburg (Lindsay), Lindsay Carter (Ronnie), Devin Pohly, Danae Behr (Adam), Marsena McClure (Matthew) and Austin Ewing; and her great grandchildren, Tyler Pohly, Brandon Rinaldi, Joey Rinaldi, Anna Salsburg, Brooks Salsburg, Kyle Salsburg, Lauren Salsburg, Raegan Carter, Rylee Carter, Oliver Behr and Gabby Behr.
A celebration of life and interment at The Western Reserve National Cemetery will occur at a future date due to the COVID19 pandemic.
