He is survived by: his sons, Dave Lance (Carletta) and Tom Allen; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Clay (Olivia), Sarah, Tiffany and Ty; and his siblings, Richard Lance (Charlene) and Sandy "Pete" Steiner (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
