He is survived by: his daughter Addison; his father Donald Headrick of Tallmadge; his children, Brady and Tallmadge Force; his friends, Thanksgiving and Fourth of July; his aunt Joan; his grandchildren, Donald, Mary Kathryn Hope, George and Rosa Lee Headrick; his wife Julie; his daughter Kathryn; his brothers, Mike of Rootstown and Joe of Ellet; his nephews, Brandon and Austin; his aunts, Janet, Dinah and Mary; his uncle Jeff Dolly of Tallmadge; his cousins, Stephanie Sluzala (Jeff) of Aurora, Sara Osco (Tony) of Tallmadge, Crystal Dolly, Kim Dolly, Christopher Moore, Jessica Moore of Akron and Nicole Williams (Jessie) of Colorado; his siblings-in-law, Michael Forejt (Julie) of Columbus and Rachel Kreidler (Eric) of Dublin; his niece Hannah; his nephew Jacob Kreidler; and also Denny.
