With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Forejt of Tallmadge, Ohio, who passed away on October 4, 2021 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sandra Forejt to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Stein and Lena Stein; and her husband Charles "Rick" Forejt. She is survived by: her sister Mary Jane; her close friend Claudia Moody (Petrus); her children, Rachel Kreidler (Eric) of Dublin, Julie Headrick (Tom) of Tallmadge and Michael Forejt (Julie) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Kathryn, Charles "Brady", Addison Headrick, Hannah and Jacob Kreidler; her sister Jane Parbury (Charles); and her sister-in-law Joan Carroll (Dennis). She is also survived by niece and nephews, and many treasured friends.

You are kindly asked to wear a mask when in close proximity to others in Church until further notice.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Tallmadge High School at 140 N. Munroe Road, Tallmadge, OH 44278 in care of the Tallmadge Works.
