With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert S. Giet of Tallmadge, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 10, 2024 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Giet and Dorothy Giet of Stow, OH.; and his sister-in-law Vicki Giet of Georgia. He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his daughters, Elizabeth Black (Eric) of Tallmadage and Julie Ramirez (Mark) of Tallmadage; his grandchildren, Jacob, Mackenzie, Zachariah, Ezekiel, Rudie Mae and Russell; and his siblings, Carl T. Giet of Georgia, James Giet (Susan) of Illinois, William Giet (Linda) of Tallmadge, Ruth Posey (Bryon) of Texas and Elaine Holehouse (William) of Columbus. He is also survived by family members, nieces, nephews.
