He was predeceased by: his former wives, Billie and Theresa. He is survived by: his children, James Lockhart (Kathy), Mike Lockhart, Bill Booher (Kristen), Wes Booher (Amanda) and Misty Grether (Jeremy); his mother Donna Musch; and his siblings, Herbert Musch (Debbi) and Sue Johnson (Brian). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
