He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lewis Cain and Stella Marion Cain; his wife Maxine Cain; and his siblings, Charles, Hardin (Bob), Martha, John "Jerry", Anna Marion, William, Phillip and Nancy.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen, Candy Wagner (Bruce), Cathy Harris (Cory) and Rich Cain (Barb); his grandchildren, Mary Gutman (Chris), David Kochan (Kellie), Eric Kochan, Jesse Wagner, Kelly Wagner, Brian Wagner (Marcella), Brian Minton (Roshanna), Timothy Minton (Jessica), Danielle Sullivan (Daniel), Krista Bushnell (Nate), Rebecca Bentley, Nicholas Harris (Lindsay), Tyler Harris, Adam Cain (Michelle), Tina Daniels (Chris) and Jeff Dudo (Katie); his siblings-in-law, Anna Mae Cain, Nilene Cain and Howard Schertzinger; and his great grandchildren, Cadence, Jackson and Andrew. He is also survived by twenty five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the CoVid pandemic a private family service will be held, with a celebration of his life at some time in the future when the world is safe again.
