It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Boergert (Tallmadge, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ernie Velez. He is survived by: his children, Taylor Bustillos (Miguel), Sage Boergert of Akron, Jada Boergert, Alyssa Miller of Avon, Steven Weber of Brunswick, Brett Rodgers of Massillon and Jack Miller of Avon; his mother Janet Velez of Medina; and his siblings, Tina Hartman (Tracey) of Lorain and Scott Boergert (Erin). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
