She is survived by: her parents, Charles Smith and Johnnie Mae Smith; her children, Ebony Yolanda (Brandon) and Malcolm Mandela; her grandson Ishmael Kashmir; and her siblings, Veronica, Charles Jr. (Penny), Robert, David (Charlese) and Debra Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, an aunt, uncle, and many friends.
