It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelma Wimer (Tallmadge, Ohio), who passed away on December 23, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nelma Wimer to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Carter and Amy Carter; her husband William L. Wimer; her son Gary R. Carter; and her siblings, Neva Kendall and William Hubert Carter.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Donna Carter; her stepchildren, Cherrie Martin and Lynn Wimer; her grandchildren, Steven Carter (Christy), Michael Carter (Jenny), Christie Hamilton, David Martin, Lisa Bryan and Kari Wimer; her sister Lorene Weekley; and her sister-in-law Jo Wimer. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
