He is survived by: his wife Lori; his sons, Matthew of Tallmadge and Garett (Crystal) of Tallmadge; and his sisters, Debby Maust (Randy) of Mogadore and Beverly Claar of Springfield Twp. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
