He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Kohut and Phyllis Kohut. He is survived by: his children, Jordan and Dylan Kohut; his siblings, Tina Fleming (Roger), Ronald Kohut (Lori), Richard Kohut and Bill Kohut; his girlfriend Michelle Rozak; his former wife Jennifer Kohut; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Austin Fleming, Brittney Malone, Kayla McClellan and Newdles. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
