He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Mills and Carolyn Mills; his brother Robert; and his sister-in-law Henrietta Mills. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his son Randy; his brother John (Michelle); his children, Douglas (Lyn), Michael (Stacey), Stephen and Julie (Don); his grandchildren, Randy, Sydney, Chris (Maggie), Brian, Madison, Jared, Johnny, Lilly and Rose; his daughter-in-law Ramona Ayers (Don); and his grandchildren-in-law, Miranda (Tyler) and Tristan. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
