It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell Starner (Tallmadge, Ohio), born in Westlake, Ohio, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn (McCourtie); his daughter Allison Starner of Parma; his siblings, David (Sharon) of Florida, Larry (Marilyn) of Virginia and Kathy Nowland (Dave) of Michigan; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Scheck of Massillon, Pat Henze (Pete) of Kent and Jim McCourtie (Janet) of Tallmadge. He is also survived by many other relatives and the best friends.
