It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Joseph Cook of Tallmadge, Ohio, who passed away on July 18, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Caroline Wilson Cook and Lawrence Francis Cook. He is survived by: his wife Lori Cook of Tallmadge; his children, William Henry Wooley IV of Akron, Colin of Akron, Stephanie Cook of Akron, Fiona of Akron, Maisie of Akron, Caitlin of Akron, Steve Bradley of Akron, Noah of Akron, Finn of Akron, Elizabeth Cook of Akron, Jack of Akron and Daisy of Akron; the mother of his children Julianne Parks Cook of Akron; his siblings, John (Vicki Cook), Ann Cook of Kent, Barb (Joe DeLeone), Rita (Rick Baker), Kathy (Joe Karpinski), Rich (Chris Cook) and Kevin (Emi Cook); and his extended family, Jim, Becky Parks of Webster, Tom, Mary Jane Parks of Wadsworth, Carole and Larry Maurer of Norfolk, Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
