He is survived by: his wife Terri; his sons, Matthew of New Albany, OH, Nathan of Tallmadge and Justin (Emily) of Pittsburgh, PA; his siblings, Michele Cuyahoga Falls (Phil), Tom (Sherry) of Lodi, Tim (Cindy) of Lodi and Brian (Debbie) of Ooltewah, TN; and his pet Max. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
