He is survived by: his sons, Michael Smith (Vickie Hendrix) and Jeffrey Smith (Susan Gerback); his daughter-in-law Gayle Smith (Conley); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Douglas, Isaac, Adam, Erin and Emily; his great grandchildren, Jessica, Charlie, Christopher, Travis, Lorelai, Brandi, Lyla, Harper, Lilly, Sophia, Aubree, Kylee, Brantley and Emerson; and his brother James Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
