He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hart Sr. and Ellen Hart of Kent; his siblings, Leroy Hart, Milton Hart, Ann Davis and Charlotte Ihle; and his brother-in-law Floyd Chambers (Butch).
He is survived by: his wife Blanche; his sisters, Lois Green and Frederica Mize; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Bell, Bonnie Pittman and Jill Chambers. He is also survived by many nieces nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriners or the hospice of Portage County.
