It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan W Skinner of Tallmadge, Ohio, born in South Fork, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 12, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard G. Miller and Evelyn A. Miller (Shaffer); her husband David Skinner; and her siblings, Romayne, Dorothy, Phoebe, Barbara, Howard, Eugene, Pete, Robert, James and Denver.
She is survived by: her children, Toni Haag (Tom) and Shane Skinner (Margie); her grandchildren, Shana Magner (Sam), David Skinner (Kaylee) and Tyner; her great grandchild Sheperd Magner; and her sisters, Evelyn Reed and Sandra Stigers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
