With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Jurkowski of Tallmadge, Ohio, who passed away on June 3, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Permuko and Elizabeth Permuko (Bohovetski); her husband Raymond; and her siblings, Michael, Margaret, Josie, Agnes and MaryAnn.

She is survived by: her children, Michael (Judy) of Alexandria, VA, Janet Trusnik (Eugene) of Macedonia, OH, Dennis (Deborah) of Green, Thomas (Denise) of Barberton and Paul (Lisa) of Tallmadge.

Donations can be made to the Blessed Trinity Memorial Fund.
