James Horn Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Horn of Tallmadge, Ohio, who passed away on April 28, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, David Horn and Dianne Horn; and his parents-in-law, Dick and June Perrine. He is survived by: his pets, Eddie, Eli, Ollie, Mia and Gus; his wife Katie Stokes Horn; his children, Patrick James Horn (Jen) and Emily Horn; his grandson Theodore James Horn; his siblings, Danny Horn (Julie), Mike Horn (Dee) and Debbie McConnaughey (Terry); his siblings-in-law, Darlene Horn, Barry Stokes (Ellen), Patrice Harvey (Jeff) and Shelley Francis (Bruce Provencher); and his nieces and nephews, Kelley Horn, Kim Kleves (Kurt), Chelsea Pozderac (Nathan), Courtney Ferguson (Jon), Cassady Dishman (Dean), Matthew McConnaughey, Michael Horn (Stephanie), Chris Horn, Jessica Pace (Will), Rich Stokes (Jennie), Geoff Stokes (Allison), Jenna Swain (Josh), Jason Francis (Kellie), Tabetha Hurd (Mark) and Danielle Nunes (John). He is also survived by 18 great nieces and nephews.
