Flatten of Tallmadge, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Flatten and Helen Muhlig Flatten; his wife Edith Lucille McCullough; and his great grandchild Victoria Flatten. He is survived by: his children, Edward Flatten (Nancy) and Cheryl Sorenson (Wendell); his grandchildren, Maureen McCarthy, Matthew McCarthy (Humaria), James Flatten (Kimberly) and Kathryn Flatten; his great grandchildren, Issac Knight, Remy Knight, Zain McCarthy, Nya Flatten and Ava Flatten; and his sister Janine Tusko. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
