He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; his parents, Harry Ratliff and Una Ratliff; his daughter Terri Hughes; his children-in-law, JD Rosenbaum and Cheri Ratliff; and his brothers, Harold R and Harry Ratliff.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Nienhius (John), David Ratliff (Carol), Ted Ratliff (Becky), Debby Shumaker (Jerry), DebiAnn Rosenbaum, Becky Burton (Mark), Joe Ratliff (Julie), Tim Ratliff, Keeley Puett (Alan) and John Ratliff; his son-in-law Bob Hughes; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Lowden and Peggy Truman. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, six great great-grandchildren.
