She is survived by: her husband Doug Brake; her son Shawn Brake (Melissa); her granddaughter Emma; her brothers, Wade Merrow (Sheri) and Rick Merrow (Linda Yost); her sister-in-law Loretta Brake; her nieces and nephews, Krystle Merrow, Sarah Semple (Spencer), Wendy Sawyer (Paul) and Terry Brown; and her great-nieces, Jenna, Emerson Sawyer and Scarlet Semple.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, in her memory.
