He was predeceased by: his son Curtis (Becky); his parents, Evers Waters and Helen Waters; his sister Thaya; and his parents-in-law, Paul and Bernice Leidy.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Waters (Leidy); his children, Craig, Kari (Mike), Cathy (Ron) and Cindy (Phil); his grandchildren, Nicole, Samantha, Jessica, Christopher, Phillip, Shawna, Marena, Chase, Alexis, Hallie, Kayle and Anna; his great grandchildren, Kayden, Brantley, Rory, Emma, Melody, Justin, Bellamy, Kaiden and Aria; his brother Bruce (Pam); and his brother-in-law Glenn (Lin). He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Tallmadge American Legion Kneil-Lawrence Post 255, Tallmadge Little League, Tallmadge Athletic Boosters, or the Cleveland Clinic Justin T. Rogers Hospice Care Center.
