It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick James Burkhart of Tallmadge, Ohio, born in Spangler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 28, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Burkhart and Elsie Burkhart; his stepmother Gertrude Burkhart; his grandparents, Archie and Molly Burkhart; and his sisters, Shirley Burkhart and Patricia Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores "Dorie"; and his children, Linda Rhodes (Jerry), Sharon Bednarik (Gary), Frederick Burkhart (Carrie) and Ronald Burkhart. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, and many nieces and nephews.
