She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Waddle and Katherine Waddle; her son Nicholas Edward Dolezal; and her brother David Waddle. She is survived by: her husband Alan Dolezal of Tallmadge; her sister Rebecca Herzog of Erlanger, KY.; and her daughters, Ashley Caruso (Joseph) of Fairlawn and Madeleine ''Maddy'' Dolezal of Akron. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
