It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Womack (Tallmadge, Ohio), born in Harvey, Illinois, who passed away on June 18, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Womack and Pearl Womack; his daughter Victoria Womack; and his brother-in-law Harold Sizemore. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Cynthia Morgus of Sunbury, OH and Kathy Long (Richard) of Broomfield, CO; his grandchildren, Andrew Morgus, Jackson, Riley, Cooper and Gryffin Long; his brothers, Carl Womack (Maris) of Boise, ID and Paul Womack (Kathleen) of Las Vegas, NV.; and his siblings-in-law, Tina Sizemore, Joe Pronio (Kathi) and Lou Prionio (Marie).
