He is survived by: his mother Kathryn L.; his wife Lori; his sons, Ben (Ashley) and Sam; his siblings, Becky Berry (Steve), Steve Mathey (Julie) and Doug Mathey (Jeanne); his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Caitlin (CJ), Travis (Hannah), Maia and Jack; and his stepchildren, Amber and Daniel.
